As AI tools become more powerful, Vets Now is taking steps to ensure they’re used responsibly and securely.

Why Are Some AI Tools Blocked?

To protect data and ensure compliance, access to certain AI apps is now restricted—especially those with low Microsoft Defender risk scores (0–5). These apps may lack encryption, proper data handling, or meet poor security standards.

Need Access?

If a tool you previously used is now blocked, you can request access by completing the Technology Service Desk form. Your request will be reviewed for business need, risk, and approval.

Policy Alignment

We follow the IVC Evidensia AI Usage Policy, with additional Vets Now-specific guidance. Any exceptions must be formally approved.
