If a Vets Now location has an IT issue which is either preventing the support of Vets Now customers, or severely impacting critical business processes, then the Technology Duty Manager can be contacted for support (01383 628726).  For example:

• Clinic or hospital network unavailable
• Helix unavailable
• Customers unable to reach the contact centre.  

This is a management escalation only and please note that not all of our services are supported 24/7/365.
